Over the past decades the impact of construction on the primary energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions has highlighted [1]. En este artículo se indaga en la imagen de ciencia de estudiantes de Magisterio de distintas especialidades, posibles futuros docentes de disciplinas científicas en la etapa de Educación Primaria (6-12 años). La investigación, en la que han participado 1260 estudiantes, se realizó durante tres cursos académicos comprendidos entre 2008 y 2011. Basado en el análisis de un cuestionario extraído del INPECIP, este estudio arroja como principales conclusiones que los participantes no poseen un conocimiento claro de cómo se genera y evoluciona el conocimiento científico. An instrument is presented that allows primary school teachers to evaluate the potentiality to develop creativity that have playful online app K6-12 focused on the development of digital storytelling (DST), so they can select those that can be used in the classroom for that purpose. Polymerase chain reaction of enterococcus faecalis and candida albicans in apical periodontitis from Turkish patients.

Aim: The aim of this study was to determine the frequency of two important pathogenic microorganisms associated with endodontic infections, Enterococcus faecalis and Candida albicans, in root canal samples from patients with necrotic pulps or failed canal therapy by polymerase chain reaction method. Method: Microbial samples were obtained from 117 teeth with necrotic pulp tissues and 114 teeth with failed endodontic treatment. Results: E.faecalis were identified in 16% of the necrotic and 10% of the retreated root canal infections by PCR. Versican and tumor-associated macrophages (TAMs) are involved in growth and metastases in several cancers. Here, we investigated the potential role of versican, a matrix proteoglycan, and its correlation with TAMs infiltrates in different stages of two different breast cancer models: spontaneous canine mammary gland carcinomas and the murine 4T1 breast cancer model. The stromal versican expression was correlated with TAMs accumulation in tumors with an advanced stage from spontaneous canine mammary carcinoma samples.
